Rêveuse Recipe: Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Happy Friday everyone! We are super happy the weekend has nearly arrived, especially with the sun managing to (fingers crossed) grace us for the next few days. In today's post we are sharing with you our recipe for dark chocolate peanut butter bites, which I must admit is one of my favourite recipes, not only because of it's simplicity, but because it's SO tasty too! We both definitely have a sweet tooth and just can't resist a cheeky Reese's pieces, so we challenged ourselves to make something equally as delicious. It takes no time at all to make, and you'll somehow manage to find yourself eating your way through the whole tray, they're that good! Let us know if you try out this recipe, we've made it twice already and we're still obsessed!

3 tbs dark brown sugar
1 cup icing sugar
3 tbs unsalted butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
pinch of salt
200g dark chocolate

SERVES: Approx 40 peanut butter bites
DURATION: 20 minutes (including chill time)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, ensuring it is all combined. Start rolling the mixture into bite sized peanut balls. We weighed them out into 10g bites to keep the batch consistent.

Once they have been made, melt 200g dark chocolate. Using a fork, cover the peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate, dripping off any excess. Sprinkle a tiny amount of sea salt on the top of the chocolate and cool in the fridge for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
